Brake Pads and Rotors Kits

Matched Pads. Matched Rotors. One Order.

Putting new pads on worn rotors is a half-done brake job. It leads to noise, pulsation, and pads that glaze over long before they should. Doc's Diesel Brake Pads and Rotors Kits pair pads and rotors that are matched to each other and to your truck, so the friction surfaces bed in evenly and your stops stay firm, quiet, and straight. One order covers the axle, with no cross-referencing part numbers.

Brake Pad and Rotor Kits for Cummins, Powerstroke + Duramax

Kits are available for RAM 5.9L and 6.7L Cummins 2500/3500 (2003–2026), Ford 6.0L, 6.4L, and 6.7L Powerstroke F-250/350/450 (2005–2024), and Chevrolet/GMC 6.6L Duramax 2500HD/3500HD (2001–2019), in SRW and DRW configurations. Choose a front kit, a rear kit, or a front and rear kit that covers every corner in one box. Use the Vehicle Selection Tool to confirm the exact fit for your truck.

Two Kit Builds: Heavy-Duty or Performance

The Severe-Duty + High-Carbon build is made for trucks that work every day. ECE-R90 certified semi-metallic pads come with a red break-in coating and multi-layer shims for quick bedding and quiet stops. They're paired with High-Carbon rotors that resist warping under sustained heat and are machine-balanced for a vibration-free ride. Most of these kits come in a black or silver finish. This is the right call for daily drivers, fleet trucks, and steady towing and hauling on flat or moderate terrain.

The Ceramic + Drilled and Slotted build is made for trucks that stop hard and often. High-density ceramic pads run quiet and low-dust, and they're easier on rotors than semi-metallic compounds. Drilled and slotted rotors vent heat, gas, and water fast for consistent pad contact and a stronger initial bite. Expect slightly faster pad wear than the High-Carbon build, which is the trade-off for more heat control. Pick this build if you tow heavy through hills and grades or run an upgraded brake setup.

Brake Pad and Rotor Replacement Intervals

Above all recommendations, follow your vehicle manufacturer's warranty and service schedule. Doc's recommends replacing brake pads every 30,000–70,000 miles maximum and brake rotors every 50,000–70,000 miles maximum. If you tow frequently or haul heavy loads, inspect your brakes every 15,000–20,000 miles. Replace pads and rotors together, in pairs on the same axle, so both sides wear in evenly and braking stays balanced. If your pedal feels soft or the truck pulls under braking even with fresh pads and rotors, check the calipers next.

Built to OEM Specs. Backed by the Doc's Fitment Guarantee.

No guesswork. No BS. Every kit is sourced to spec and packed together, so the parts that have to work as a system arrive as one.
