To cancel your subscription, those changes need to be made by 12 PM EST the day before the order is processed. You certainly can pause your subscription. To do so, sign into your account on our website and click on ‘My Subscriptions’. Select the subscription you want to adjust, select Frequency and choose ‘Pause’ to put your subscription on hold. You will not be charged for any recurring subscription orders while your subscription is on hold. You can also choose to skip your next recurring order by selecting 'Skip Order' under Subscription Settings.

For all orders, your card will be charged when the order is processed. Subscriptions are processed on the day that they’re scheduled to ship. You can view your next scheduled shipping date in your account under 'Subscription' in the box that says 'Next box ships on.'
