Return Period

You can return items from our store within 30 days of your purchase for any reason.

Return Conditions

  • Filters and Brakes: Must be in new and unused condition.
  • Oil/Additives: Must be unopened and unused.

How to Return an Item

  1. To start the return process, please visit our Returns Center.
  2. Once your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on how to send the item back.
  3. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Refund Policy

After we receive your returned items, we'll process your refund—minus the return shipping cost—within 2-4 business days. Refunds will be made to your original method of payment.

Hubs Limited Lifetime Warranty Policy

Doc's Diesel warrants its DH515 Front Wheel Hub Assembly against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser under normal use and service conditions.

  • Defects in materials and workmanship under normal on-road use
  • Bearing failure not caused by misuse, contamination, or improper installation
  • Flange or structural failure due to manufacturing defects

Brakes 3-Year / 36,000-Mile Warranty Policy

Doc's Diesel warrants its DB Series Premium Brake Pads and Rotors against defects in materials and workmanship for 3 years or 36,000 miles from the date of installation, whichever comes first, under normal use and service conditions.

  • Premature wear beyond normal service life under standard driving conditions
  • Rotor cracking or structural failure due to manufacturing defects
  • Brake pad delamination or shim separation under normal operating loads
  • Excessive brake noise or vibration caused by manufacturing defects
  • Rotor surface finish defects present at time of installation
  • Hardware and clip failures included in the brake kit (where applicable)
